Webshots isn't as easy to use as Photobucket but works well once you figure it out.

Ouch. Looks like something went through your turbo for sure. Its probably somewhere in your exhaust system now.
BTW, your mechanic is on the rock... there is NO way that amount of damage is normal, or acceptable.
