Hi, at first I really didn't care for guages mounted on the pillar, but after looking at other trucks I think I've changed my mind. Another reason would be that they are easier to read on the pillar too.
Right now my guages are mounted under the dash. Thanks
I agree with Dan on this. If you are going with 3 or 4 gauges the pillor is the best I like. You can always use the under dash for other gauges like fuel psi, engine temp ect.
I like a few here, few there, other things here, there, etc.. NOTHING higher then the dashline. I drive alot at night, and alot in the woods at night. I do not want any light, above the dashline. It affects my night vision. I have excelent vision, and do not want any help in not having good vision. So mine are sort of like this. Youll notice the bag over the GPS that I never use.
I wasn't going for the pillar mount at first, but was persuaded when I seen pics and feedback from the FTE folks as to being able to see them right there on the pillar, Isspros EV here, Pyro, boost and trans temp in that order..
Thanks for the photos. Will get the pillar mount...really like the way they look and how you can quickly glance and them while keeping your eyes on the road.

Yea, very seldom active. I help the local club setup for field day, in July I believe, and participate a little. Mostly go for setup and tear down. Nice to meet you too

IC7000 right? Both of the owners of the company I work for have IC-7000's in their trucks. Pretty nice, just way too many buttons for me. LOL Atleast in the car. Does receive WWV very well though. (My favorite thing to fall asleep to LOL)
