Here's how you build a CAI for the PSD.

Ran across this over at PSN. Don't turn this into a "I would have used a different brand filter" debate, but rather just look at the design overall. A lot of work went into this homemade setup, and to me it incorporates what we are all looking for in an intake setup: the ability to draw in lots of air without the restrictions normally seen using a box-type setup, but at the same time retaining the noise control and "clean look" of a box style intake.

With this type of setup, you can pick and choose a filter of your liking, so the type of filter is all dependant on your personal preferences in what you believe filters well for your application.

Overall, I like it a lot. I would take this over my AFE any day.

Pictures should be working now.

Sorry, seems like FTE was having some problems with my picture albums and I couldn't get them uploaded, so I tried to link them directly. Obviously that didn't work too well.

So since I couldn't add to my existing galleries, I created a whole new one.

From the looks of it, he's running a Zoodad with a pipe from the front of the grill to the box..... kinda like a stock setup, but with a much bigger pipe.

i see that..interesting, I think the best option would be to relocate the filter into some area outside of the engine bay. whether there's room is another question. then again, for the guys who are running their truck through water, it wouldn't be a good idea
