i have 04 250 6.0 that will crank over but not fire. after going throu delayed start process 4-5 times or more it will start .local ford dealer has changed crank &cam senors.dealer just put a taletail in but it hasn't happened since....also losing anti freeze egr cooler has been replaced don't see any under hood on frame etc.dealer wants to lift cab and check head gasets only have 95000km ..just lost over 2 gal in1200km pulling 13000#nothing in oil..........any idea's would sure help

 

The no start issue sounds like a failing ficm. Is the truck puking coolant? (any white residue on the degas bottle?)

 

i believe the dealer chcked the ficm .it shows no codes when they hook up to their comp. doesn't seem topuke anti freeze and no visible residue
