04 ex NAV Q:
does anyone happen to know if the navagation system from FORD is plug n play and compatibile with the factory overhead dvd counsel. I have and 04 limited with the 6cd changer and over head dvd. if it is what would the part number happen to be?

I have been told repeatedly to ditch the OEM scenario and stick with a good aftermarket unit. I, too, had dreams of putting a Ford Nav unit in my Ex and keeping it really stock looking. But it seems more of a hassle, or there just is not enough info out there for me to make an intelligent decision with.
