WW install help needed

Hello-
Install went fine until I tried to connect this gold colored rod part back to its post. It just won't adjust far enough for me to place it back on it's post Any help appreciated. I've tried pulling with vice grips, etc, and it bottoms out.

I use an air compressor and the blower attachment with the rubber point on it, blow air into the canister that the rod comes out of, you won't need much and it will go.

Try rotating the arm that it is supposed to connect to back to the left (as viewed in your pic). Looks like the WG got bumped open and that's why you can't get it hooked back up.

Yep -- the little wastegate door can get wedged against the back of the outlet adapter. It comes loose, just needs a little "percussive persuasion"....
