2002 v8 ranger engine swap

my question is regarding the pats system. this is a desert prerunner and im putting a 2000 explorer 5.0 in it. the ranger is an 02. the explorer pats has a seperate module for it. the ranger is integreated into the pcm. i wondering if anyone knows how to make this system work together or what i can do.

You can have the PATS turned off in your computer!

I had to turn mine off when I put a Lightning computer in to control my 4R100

the explorer has a separate pats system them the ranger, it can still be turn off? that would be awesome. that would cure all my problems...well with this truck anyways...lol
