yeah i was thinking of doing it myself but doesnt it need to be presureized?

That's what the pump in the trans is for. Drain the pan, top off with new fluid. Start truck and look for bubbles in the cooler return line. Repeat until you've cycled your ~20 qts through, and you're done.
