On a 95 you should have the six bolt hubs and not need any kind of conversion kit, I did this same swap on my 89 and the manual hubs when right on in place of the autos.

Transfer case conversion for what? You can easily convert a electric shifted transfer case to a manual by swapping cases otherwise the transfer case that came with the truck is decent enough unless you want a geared transfer case then there are other options. Not sure what is ment by conversion.

For stripped bolts into the rear axle? Did you not use a 12-point 12 mm wrench to loosen the bolts? If you rounded off the heads of the bolts holding the rear drive shaft to the axle input flange, you are looking at drilling, grinding the heads off, or hot-wrenching them off.

I think he was looking at the conversion for the old full time cases and yeah he doesn't need that. The bolts on my broncos drive shaft were 12pt, but I would try the heat for sure and let them soak for a while in a good penetrating oil. Oh yeah and be mindful of fuel tanks and lines when heating stuff underneath your truck.

My '95 has 3 bolt hubs.
3 bolt hubs need to convert to standard spindle nuts in order to go manual hub.
The 5 bolt (not 6) hub doesn't need a spindle nut conversion kit.

3 bolt and 5 bolt is refering to the auto hubs.
3 bolt auto hubs being converted to manual hubs will need to convert to the different spindle nut configuration.

5 bolt auto hubs shouldn't need to convert.

How many screws the new manual hubs have is irrelevant in regards to the spindle nut configuration.

If you have 3 bolt auto hubs, you need to convert. You need this: (Nuts are not shown in pic)You could save a few bucks by going to NAPA or the wrecking yard and buying the correct pieces a la carte over buying a "conversion kit". It looks as if they charge a $5 premium for the "kit" price. Your choice.
