I was rolling out of town with a bud today, drove past this lot I've rubbernecked since I moved here. My bud never knew the place existed, so we circled around to check it out.
Saw a pretty good candidate for you: No engine, no transmission...
No floor! LMAO
The salesman said he was thinking $1200 or so. He showed us the extra parts in the trunk:
I got a look at the extra stuff you'd want to cut out, just not much room for a fat 'ol 390 in there:
I was going to take a picture of the body, but I got distracted by this wagon. I remembered how much Larry likes the weight distribution.
Anywho, I told him about this bud I have that wants one of these small cars to cut up and trailer around to the race tracks. He gave me a card with the website address, but he didn't mention any of the $600 cars on the web page, including a baddass little Ranchero...Go figure!
Here's the web site, it hasn't been updated since January: Joe B. Falcons
FEs and trucks are highlighted in RED in case somebody thought this thread might be off topic. LOL
Wow Mikey , Clear floorboards on that comet !! Cut back the shock towers and slide an FE right in there.. Thats Falcoon Waon would look good with a blown 302 in it!!

LMAO! The floor boards are in the trunk, under the radiator. You get better weight distribution and you can use the auxillary brake system...like this FSB:
PS I told this guy he was about maxed out on his lift...NO higher!
Looks like a gold mine to me... Two nice looking Falcon's waiting for an FE. Also that nice looking Galaxy.
Looks like I need to take a trip to Denver.

I don't mind doing a little leg work to check the condition of any vehicles. I usually have the words "No Sale" written all over my clothes, so I'm not likely to attract much attention. LOL
The white one next to the road ? That one is all hacked up like that ? The stacked lights are a Cyclone thing no ? I do like the look of it, but maybe 5 bills .....and I'd have to have it trailered out here LOL.. By then I can snag a local 63 I have my eye on and be home and cutting. The guy says he is working on a lien sale, it it goes through we may just have to go get it. Perfect candidate for a torch party.
Lots of potential there. August 1st might be doable. I think we might have some shirt tail relatives that live in Denver that we can visit. I could tell the wife that we need to visit them and oh look at that,,, they have some Falcons for sale.... Surprise, surprise.
When I was in the service in 1965 I purchased a white 1960 Falcon. It was bone stock with the 144 ci. engine. That was a very good car that averaged 24 mpg which was very good back then. It cost me one dollar for gas to drive from San Diego to Riverside. I would like to restore a 1960 Falcon to it's original condition, but I know I just do not have enough room. I need to sell two cars just to make enough room for our next project which would be a Cobra kit car.
Now is not a good time to sell cars here in Kalifornia. People around here do not have the extra money to purchase sports cars. Our 300ZXT is like off the showroom floor, and no one wants to pay a reasonable price for it. So it sits taking up space in the shop. I just do not want to give them away, So,,, no more projects for me until I make room. I am sure that many of you have the same problem.
