OEM part information needed!
Is there anywhere to find out the length of this intermediate parking brake cable, F81Z2A793CA?
Ed helped me to verify the correct part numbers for my truck and the front cable I installed is a Ford, 1C3Z2853AA, and I'm trying to install a Napa 95850 for the intermediate and it's too short. This is what they had in stock.
I really need to know the length of the Ford F81Z2A793CA intermediate cable so that I know how much longer of a cable it is. I rough measured the old one and thought is was the 83" cable, maybe it isn't? The Napa cable is about 2" short and they have one a size longer, about 2-1/4" longer.
If I knew the length of the Ford cable I would just have them order one of those. Just trying to keep from bringing in cable after cable.
