Frontend knock

Hey guys i started to notice sometimes when i turn i am starting to hear a knocking sound coming from the frontend. Any ideas what this might be?

i heard a similar problem in my last truck, turned out to be the crapp ball joint i put in there, replaced it and didnt hear it again

if not ball joints it could be the axle pivot bushings if it is i.f.s. also check torque on the spring u bolts

Okay, so I know this sounds too easy, and I thought the same thing myself when a fellow member on this site offered me this solution but Ill be damned if it didnt work!! I had a knock every time I turned a certain direction or went up a driveway and it turned out that all I needed to do was tighten the nuts under the hood that held on my front fender. I did it and walla..no more knock. It could be any of the afore mentioned problems, but Im a optimist and look ofr the easy solutions first. Try to tighten down all these bolts and see what happens.
