I tried the search but either I am an idiot or it just doesn't work that good, I only saw one reference to the pressure. I used fuel pressure as the search words.
Anyways, the one reference I found said 70psi. Is the the target or is there a range, what is too high of a pressure? I just checked mine and it bounces between 50-60psi, but I also was not able to get it to stop leaking past the connection so I am probably loosing some pressure there. Should it be bouncing 10 psi and when you check the pressure, is it at idle?
well as far as pressure goes, im pretty sure the max is 80-85, you dont want to go higher than that. i think most people on here try and settle somewhere between 70-80..is your truck a cali truck, or fed truck? you might want to consider changeing the fuel lines in the valley, might help with pressure loss
if i recall correctly (hoepfully someone can help me) fed trucks had a GPR, and cali trucks had a different computer unit that controlled GPs?.... and the cali model also have a black disk attatched to the fuel pump and is kinda under the turbo... here is a diagram of the pics below, thanks to tjbegg whom i barrowed them from!
