Up at the top of this site, there is a gray bar with a drop-down menu called "Articles/Specs". Click there, and you'll find exact specs for every year of our trucks. It doesn't give the HP/Torque for the 2000, but it does mention this for the 2001:
...implying that the 2000 had 235HP at the flywheel (auto).
The 7.3L Power Stroke® turbo diesel V-8 produces 250 horsepower (15 more than last year) and 505 lb.-ft. of torque with the automatic transmission, and 275 horsepower and 520 lb.-ft. of torque when joined to a manual transmission (late availability).
