Glad to hear that your daughter is back to normal again but hope she has learned a few limits such as the over powering grip and rapid accel as one nears the earth with out a parachute.
Well, her accident certainly did not slow her down, so she may need another lesson or two, unfortunately, before she figures it out!
Reminds of my daughter. She was fairly convinced that she was indestructable when she was little as well. Still kind of past the limits of most mortals yet but catching on as time goes along.
I just finished getting her swing set we bought her together. It's got a raised fort and a slide, so now we've given her something else to test her indestructibility on!!
Ahhhh stories of young people.....I think most of us thought we knew it all, and were bulletproof at some point in our lives....I know I did, i changed a lot about age 24.
Good Morning Pat, Orin, Marty. It was the summer between my 2nd and 3rd birthday when I got ran over. Didn't brake a bone but I did get about 150 stitches.
Good morning Miles, when you mentioned ealier of being run over I thought I remembered something about that.........man all I got to say was you were lucky.
As for me my run with being immortal came to a screeching halt in my 27th year when I broke my back. It was a long fight back to which I' am very thankful for everyday that I can be pretty much what I ever was except more carefull and do not excede my limits. I know I will have trouble again later so I appreciate every day now and am prepared to fight for what I can get within myself when the time comes. I will not give up without a fight or I would have already been done in by now.
Good Morning Pat. It is shaping up to be a nice one here as well. I took yesterday off to spend the day with my girlfriend. It was her 23rd birthday. I expected a nice relaxing day and ended up gardening all day and cooking dinner for 12 people.
Hey Miles, Pat, and all others that travel this way today, I got on late because the day started early today and just keeps right on going. I guess I' am having fun so this must be a good thing.
Miles, as far as hair recedding goes mine is mostly gone at this stage of time for me.........the rest turned white. This why I grow such a profound mustache that is easily reconizable where ever I go after meeting someone only once. I think my mustache unlike me has become a legend of somesort.
Pat, it sounds like it is such a shame to be stuck inside today where you are..........as for here it is beautiful.
