it's a real pain in the *** and will probably cost a lot you could probably get a new truck (junkyard) for the price of the new floorboards

Thanks for the repy. $70 a piece for floor pans, $40 a piece for cab mount brackets. I have a cab to put on it but no help or lift. Was hoping that jacking up the cab and cutting out the bad and installing new would be easier. Good cabs are hard to find around here for under $500 (S.W. PA.) Used parts are so high any more, makes me nervous about going off road anymore.

Thanks again,Dennis

Indiana ,Pa. Hey, I,ll tell you all the story on this adventure I,m trying to take with these to trucks and you all can tell me what you think. Alot of the reason I,m trying to find out how big a job this is. Think of trading my bike off on them and a few other things he,s going to throw in. Dont ride the bike much anymore and really need a good work truck. I,ve got a 86 F150 4x4,351 W,auto C-6,35x12.50,s,6 in lift,home-made aluminum bumpers frt and back. Waiting for cash for hard parts to rebuild the C-6. Boy blew the frt clutch assembly bell in the drive way. Got it tore down, just saving cash to order parts from WIT.

Later, Dennis Yea, I know!!!

Well I done the deal!
1) 88 F-250 4x4, 302 EFI, 5 speed, 35x12.50x16.5 tires/ American rims, dump bed, body is solid, good glass, interior is great! Runs great!! Needs floor pans.
2) 89 F-150 4x4, 302 EFI, 5 speed, stock tires and rims, no bed, solid body and cab, good glass, interior is great! runs great!!
3) Riding mower, 12HP/ 38in. cut. Nice shape! needs battery.
4) Snow blower, 8HP/ 26in. nice shape, needs nothing.
5) Dewalt gang box
6) $300 worth of paint, primer, clear-coat, activator, accelarater. Case of gloss black spray paint.
7) He payed for all title and notary fees.

I traded a 99 Honda 750cc for all above!

Think I done all right. Didn,t ride much anymore and was to small for 2 people and long trips. Had the bike for 4 years. Was a good bike and he should get alot of enjoyment out of it.

I,m going to try and replace the floor pans on the dump. Cab mounts and brackets are solid. Will post my progress once I get started. Garage is full and is supposed to rain till Sunday.

Thanks for the replies and I,ll be in touch!!

Thanks again, Dennis
.

The bike was a alot of fun while I had it. Just no time to ride any more. Been raining here. Haven't had much time to tinker much. And the list gets bigger day by day. Got an idle problem with the dump. No codes came up, so I'm chasing vaccume lines hoping it not a intake leak. Oh well, its and easy any way!!

Later,Dennis
