Fellas,
We agreed earlier on the engine type for my Mutt being a 6.9 due to the bolts having washers on the manifold. I looked up the fuel pump number and it leads me to a 7.3l. which would be more in sync with the years but i just keep looking at my signature and laughing some more. I am taking it to the shop tomorrow as i am legal to drive tomorrow and need to get er looked at.

ok so how in the hell can i get a definitive answer, i need to start ordering some goods on this beast and i dont want to order something and get it all messed up

the stick on the valve cover? you mean the dipstick or the sticker coz i damn sure done have stickers!

Its a 6.9 and most parts are interchange able all the external stuff on my 6.9 is off my 7.3 and the rockers are off the 7.3 the only thing that wont interchange are the pistons heads and related hardware. some parts may interfeer with others due to placement on the 6.9/7.3
