I happened to find my fuel filler neck rotten just above the hose clamp giving me the EVAP code, Went to boneyard to get another since they are over 200.00 at stealership and noticed this must be a common problem since so many have been removed. You will have to remove all the dirt around the neck to notice the hole. Hope this helps others.
