By Blue Rebel: The swap took about 4 days of hard work to do, but i didnt work hard every day, so it took me about a week. And thats with no air tools, no torch, and working by myself for most of the time. Had 1 guy helping 3 days, but that was it.
Nice Job! Very impressive, particularly for working in a sloping driveway, mostly single-handedly. I'm guessing you're a Ford tech, by trade?
I keep thinking how much worse it must've been with all those little things ALMOST fitting--crap! It would have been daunting enough if you knew everything was a direct swap, but in this case, when things didn't fit, you didn't even have the certainty of knowing that they were supposed to fit.
lol nope, no ford tech here. just a 23 year old kid that bleeds blue. Eventually it will get painted, but first i need to get a new core support and frame mounts. My mounts rusted out, and the support ripped out of them. I already have new fenders and a new rock guard waiting in storage.
