I don't recall the code reference but almost every time the ABS light has come on onmy '95 is has been dirty wheel sensors. I just pulled the rotors and cleaned the sensors. Problem solved.
I would be real interested in just knowing how you determined it was a code 9? My scanner does not pick up ABS failures and I haven't been able to determine how to diagnosis the problem. What did you have to connect to to pull the code?

What type/year of vehicle do you have?
Does it have RABS or ABS?
1999 E-350, full ABS. When I had state insp performed a few months back, the garage indicated that there should be a diagnostic connector so you can short the A-H pins together and flash out the code. I'm think this is not correct and it's only available via the ODBII scanner with ABS like the Innova 3150.
