how many horse does a stock 6.9 from 85 have??

With a turbocharger they are in theory closer to 250Hp and 500 ft/lbs of torque if everything is near perfect.

ok it has been sitting 4 1.5 years. we bleed the injectors new filter it won't fire help me!!!!!

OK are you getting fuel out of the injectors. I'm assuming so.
Is your starter spinning fast these motors have to turn over pretty fast to fire.
Do not run your starter over 20 seconds then let it cool down for 2 minutes, these starter heat up fast and it will damage them if you stay on them tool long.
If you are spinning properly and getting fuel to the injectors the only thing left is the glow plugs are they working properly.

keep the block heater pluged in durring this... even w/o the gps working correctly, you have a better chance of success...

use starter fluid ... im gonna get virtually shot for sayin that lol ive used it alot with no ill effects just like a 1 second burst should work

as long as the glow plug system is disbled starting fluid is fine, just use a little shot, we use it to crank my dads 7.3 every morning because the glows dont work, so i leave them unplugged just for saftey

I've been using ether to start mine, but a one second shot is way way too much. I give mine a shht shht amount and she'll be runnin on the third rev.
