If you're speaking about the indicator like modern trucks, then no. Simpler times.
On a related note...
If a 1973/79 truck has a NP-203 full time transfer case, it will have an indicator that illuminates "LOCK" whenever the transfer is locked in 4-wheel high or low. It is located on the dashboard just below the ashtray.
