400 swap 460 EFI
I Have a 1978 Lincoln Town Coupe with a 400 with a C6 3 speed. I have found a 1988 Ford F-250 4x4, Automatic, 460 EFI. I am looking to drop the 460 EFI into the Lincoln. I need advice as to whether or not it will bolt to the C6 tranny. They also put 460's in Lincolns this year, so 460 motor mounts are available, however I don't know if they will fit the '88 460 EFI. I have read stuff about short block and long block, and it is making my head hurt, so mayby somebody could shed some light on this for me.
