I drug my gf (graphic designer) to the junkyard to get an outline of the stripe. She says that she will be able to make an image file for the vinyl shop that they can use as a template. We're gonna make some phone calls and see how much it will cost to get the vinyl cut at different shops and probably go with whichever shop has best price. My gf said that when the file is complete, she will be willing to turn the file over to fellow ford-truck members with explorers who are also trying to get the stripes printed.
Just give her some time to create the image files.
The truck at the junkyard does have the stripe on the hood so I was able to get the pattern for the stripes on the hood.

Its a trim package with vinyl striping, cloth seat inserts, hood, and bed emblems. Each year the striping and body colors were different. And some years the mag wheel covers are a different color.

So, I got my letter from Ford...
A couple of questions...
What is Saddle Trim Color? Is that the color of the interior?
How can I find the colors for the orange and chamois stripe? I have measurements for the stripe and I am having one made, but I don't have a color to reference. All the original stripes that still exist on Explorers are faded.

Yes, I still have that huge oil bath air cleaner.
I put it up in my shop for safe keeping.
