Also try a search for "Borg-Warner", not "Borg-Wagner".

:-staun It is exactly what I am loocking for, how can I get a copy of that diagram and parts? Where can If that info is as good as loocks in the previous pages I'll bet the rest of the manual has to have tons of good stuf.
How can I get a copy of that manual?
This page is from my 1995 Ford Dealership Powertrain Manual. It breaks down step by step of Broncos/F-Series truck engines, trannys, rear ends, transfer cases, fuel systems, clutches, front ends, exhausts and more. It's a sweet manual, Ford gives them to the dealerships, so it's 100% accurate. I found this one on Ebay, I did pay $80 bucks for it but it's worth it to me. The book is about 3 inches thick and the pages are like tissue paper(so there's a lot). It goes over the complete dissasembly of the BW 13-56 and can help you diagnose a problem in 23 pages. Try searching "ford manual" on ebay. You might be able to find another manual somewhere, I have a haynes manual that goes into some detail on the BW but not much. I can E-mail you that picture in an attachment so that you can zoom in on it and read it if you'd like.

Actually i'll leave it in my gallery for awhile and you can zoom in on it there and even print it out.

Thanks a lot for the pictures.
I have printed them out but are unreadable in some details, already have disassembled the transfer case due to a major vibration problem.
Problem seems to be a bushing at the rear output shaft that tends to go out every time.
Could you been so kind to send me a higher quality / resolution picture by mail? I'll be so helpful at this time for me.
I scanned the book, but I can try to take a picture with my digital camera. Usually the camera allows you to zoom in and it's more clear. I'll do my best. The print is very small so that doesn't help either.

Already have disasemble the transfer case and have found that the oil pump is broken, need to find a new oil pump assembly, any idea where to loock at on the net.....?
Can't help you there, I'm not sure where to get parts. Might want to try fordpartsonline.com, not sure.
The book I have covers only 1995 and the NP208 was not involved. Again, I wish I could help. Do you have a haynes or chiltons manual? They might have some basic information there. What type of information are you looking for? General, specific, or both?

It may just be my own personal experience with Chiltons, Hayes, etc. is that they suck! You need to get manuals from all three companies just to get complete vacuum and wiring diagrams. And then they leave you entirely in the dark on some things. My favorite thing is when I was doing the clutch in my 'Yota, I went through the manual, and they said to take it to a shop! The most repeated statement in these manuals is to take it to a competent mechanic. Now, I am an ASE certified technician, but every now and then I need help. The disclaimer in the front of these manuals should read "if you thinnk you need this manual, you shouldn't be working on your own car".
