f350 Headliner

Anyone ever remove the headliner from the Crew Cab f250/350? I need to know what is involved and what to expect.
I am trying to remove mine to add a video system and to wire the cargo lights to one of the upfitter switches.

Removing the plastic trim from around the windshield/doors and windows will reveal how the headliner is held up.

is the headliner rigid? or, is it easily rooled up for extraction?

Most headliners are glued to stiff cardboard, which is formed to the shape of the roof, and held in place by the trim surrounding it.

Headliner Removal C/C

You have to remove the front pillar trim, the sun visor hardware, the dome lamps, and any moldings around the top of the door openings. In a regular cab or extended cab, it comes out through the door opening, but in a crew cab, the Ford shop manual says that you have to remove the rear window, and remove the headliner through the rear window opening.
