Quick Steering question.

Okay so today I was cleanin up the Vapor Canisters on my truck and while I was under the truck I had grabbed on to the drag link to pull myself under.Anyways,I noticed that the drag link kinda turned on me with the slight pull.When I tried to turn it again,I noticed that the Drag link,and both outer tie rod ends all moved at the same time.Now I never really paid attention to this,so I don't know if it's supposed to do that,but all the other times i've been under the truck I don't remember it doing that.For those who are confused,the movement wasn't a left to right movement,it was a twisting back and forth of the entire setup.I'm hoping this is what it's supposed to do.The truck is listed in the sig.All help is appreciated.

normal, the way to check it is have someone in the truck with it turned off, key on,and shake the steering wheel back and forth while you lie under, and watch all the joints for play
