Vendor issue?

Vendor issue?
I ordered some stearing gear box items two weeks ago friday from John's F fun 100 over in Anaheim CA. They had to back order some bearings but they said they would get them the next day. It was going to ship last Monday. I still havent gotten my parts and cant get ahold of them. I called and left message and emailed twice. Has anyone ever ordered from them before? any problems? I want to give them the benefit of my coming doubts.

Dang that sucks for me. I have been ordering parts for about 3 years now and never had anything problems with the other vendors I use. Guess I should have payed the extra 10 bucks per part. I would already have had the gear box assy back together by now.

never had any probs with npd , speedway , dennis carpenter , and mid fifty. the most easy to deal with , the freindliest , and the best record has been mid fifty and d. carpenter in a pretty much neck and neck race .

I have no axe to grind but since it came up, I had a poor experience as well. I placed an order for some routine stuff and after several weeks nothing was delivered. A few follow up calls were placed. I'm not on a tight schedule so I was easy-going but there was no particular urgency on their part to make things happen.
I own a small business and if I got that call, ther'd be a package on their doorstep overnight.

AFAIK, Bob's F Fun Hundreds has moved from their original location.
Last June, before the WesternNats, I went to Bob's Anaheim location along with Aussie53, his brother and FTE member camperspecial65.
There was no one around, the lady in the adjoining office said Bob had moved...but didn't know where.
