What Manual?

Looks like most of the easy work is done, body work, frame work and suspensions. Now comes the fun stuff, figuring out where all the little pieces go. lol. I have finally figured out that I MAY need a manual to help me put it back. What would your suggestions be? As always your help is greatly appreciated.

If your truck is close to stock, the manual might be of some use. But if you are like a lot of us here, a manual would be like trying to read an alien language. About the only part of my truck that is still 53 is the sheetmetal

Didnt think so much about that. Yes the sheet metal is stock...sort of! I guess I was looking for a manual to make sure I was bolting the sheet metal on correctlty.

The best book to get for assembly purposes is a parts catalog. These books have some pretty good drawings showing how things go together. Some of the diagrams aren't exact but are still very good for reference. The show up on eBay fairly often in original form and on CD.

Bob also started a thread about two weeks ago on "Manuals and Catalogues" Paging through it might give you some ideas on what to get.
