oil leak

oil leak
my nut that holds the dipstick in the oil pan keeps puking out oil no matter how much i tighten it. Is there a seal in there or do i have to replace the whole assembly?

there is an oring on the other side of the pan (inside)
heres a great writeup Rubberduck-dipstick fix
