Thanks guys! Knew I was going to get laid-into for my choice of direction So far, the comments have been civil...
I didn't want the slamed look, just to close the gap a lil in the wheel well... The rear is not level with the front, its about 1" higher (when measured from the top lip of the rim to the bottom of the fender)...
HAHA Tylus, I was going to remoce it. Funny you also picked up on that Am also thinking about removing the fender badges as well
You all (should say, most all) like the lifted suspensions... I do no off roading, the only time my truck is off road is if I am driving down a dirt driveway. Would have gotten a 2wd if I wern't living in New England, where the winters are pretty brutal. No 2wd would have cut it for me. Do not care how good ppl say 2wd's handle the snow, it does not even come close to 4wd...
What do you guys think of the running boards? I was considering getting some chrome low-profile tube steps or maybe something else?
To date the truck has:
-Century Tanneau cover
-Magnaflo sido exhaust, LOVE IT!
-Roush grill
-Westin side steps
-Rhino spray in
-Drop kit, 2/4
-K&N filter, thinking about CAI kit?
-Saleen 23's w/ falkens
-Kenwood DNX7120 nav/dvd system w/ hands free cell
-ADS 12" sub in MTX box under rear seat
-Alpine 700watt amp on rear wall
-Dynamat
-2way remote start/alarm
Next on list is to get some chrome handles (full replacement), light tint on front windows and???
I got mine w/o the MTX 12" woofer and used an ADS duel VC sub. Had to modify the box a bit to fit the better woofer. My ADS has a very large (and deep) magnet. Had to heat the box where the magnet fits to make it a tad deeper... Also added supports inside and around the 12" opening to make it stiffer. Then I had to put a small dent in the bottom of the rear seat-pan so the box would fit snug...
Using a different woofer would have been a direct fit (no modifications)...
it's pretty close to the ground, and they just don't flow that well
as for the 4x4 part...I'd rather see one up in the air, but it's your truck. Besides, you did it pretty well, and once that sticker is off, nobody will be the wiser.
maybe get a FX2 bumper chin? that would go pretty good with the overall look IMO
Do not recall what the FX2 bumper looks like.. I will have to look around and try to find a pic... Is it simmilar to the Roush piece that replaces the black plastic chin?
thats the valance i just put on my truck Monday.....
but, nice truck. if it was mine, the step bars and that mudflap would have to go. plus the 4x4 sticker. IMO

Will the tow hooks fit w/ that lower skirt? What year is yours? I read somewhere it is not a direct fit on the 04-05 years...
The 4x4 sticker will be taken off this weekend
Need the mudflaps because I do not want mud, sand, snow & salt kicked up on the rear quarter... Maybe ill cut them shorter?
