Use either a stud gun and put studs on or drill holes. Then use a slide hammer to pull it out. Pull out as best as you can, then grind paint down to bare metal and use body filler to finish off. You want to try and work the metal to use as little filler as possible.

I was afraid it was too deep or too much of a crease to pull out.

You may have to shrink the metal a little as well. If you have access to a stud gun for pulling the dents out, you can use it to shrink the metal as well. If not, then you have to use some kind of torch to heat the metal up. Then quickly cool with a rag soaked in water (for both stud gun or torch).

Depends on your skills and equipment. Myself, I'd rather cut it out and weld a piece in.
