noise under dash 05 explorer
Started up this morning had a strange sound under dash like vent opening and closing constantly. Turned vent controls off still making noise. Not much time to check out this morning any ideas, thanks terry

Could be the blend door actuator has pooped out. Usually this is described as a clicking or clacking sound when they fail. This recent thread will help you find the actuator under the driver's side dash and pics that show how they ususally fail: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...-explorer.html
