I was away for 6 weeks and the truck wasn't moved/cranked.
I came back home and it started up fine but the Passenger side window will not operate from either switch. As far as I can tell everything else is OK.
Any help is appreciated.

I have had the same problem with all 4 windows. I play with the window lock rocker switch and keep things clean and no more problems. I'm sure I will be replacing parts before too long. But it's working for now.
My back windows will lock up on hot days. After driving for about 10 minutes the glass cools down and the windows go back up.

Reason: Forgot something
I would assume the switch either died or the motor crapped out on your.
Not sure how to diagnose either though.
Thanks, I figured that both windows were on the same fuse so I didn't check fuses. I had that door panel off last year when I made to door lock repair. I got the door lock info from this forum and it was great info.

In your case it sounds like the entire unit went out/is going out.

Thanks, by entire unit do you mean the motor? Since it sat for about 6 weeks could corrosion be a problem and if so where do I start.
Basically, I just don't know where to start with my troubleshooting. I know first to chek power and after that I'm lost.

Well my guess is that if both of your back windows stop working at the same time, it would be more likely that the switch is crapping out than both motors at the exact same time.
I would start with the switch and if that doesn't fix it then it might be the wiring or the motors.
Hopefully some other people chime in so I don't steer you in the wrong direction.
Pop out the button panel on the passenger side and reseat the connector for the window switch a few times. If that doesn't help try the driver side. There is a common wire that runs between the to switches and a connector may be dirty or loose. Certainly worth a try and only takes a few minutes.
Happened to me...I will tell you my scientific diagnosis method... I held the switch down and lightly punched the door (on the inside of the truck) roughly where the motor was. After a short "burst of life" from the window (ruled out the switch)...I replaced the motor and track assembly (comes as one unit from Ferd)...was fairly easy to do. High-Tech huh?
In Ricks post. Door panel removal
Shows you the underside of the switches and connectors
You can pop out the the little switch section in 5 seconds. Then unhook the connectors and measure voltages as per this .pdf. according to you connector configuration.
See if your getting power were your supposed to.
What i found interesting was this:
• All Power Windows Are Inoperative
• Fuse or circuit breakers.
• Circuit(s).
• LF window control switch. <---- under all windows inoperative.. LF ?
• Junction box fuse/relay
panel.
The passenger window grounds through the driver's window switch. The crew cab switches are different from the regular and extended cab models, but work the same way.
You can take the switches apart, if you are careful, by prying loose the snaps. You can then clean up the corroded contact points, etc.
You can get the window motor by itself from aftermarket sources. The regulator and channels are very reliable, but need to be lubricated now and then.
