Thanks a million for the information Guys. I held the switch and slapped the door panel and it started working. Now I will remove the panel (since the problem wasn't in the switches) and start checking connections.

Ummm. I have a similar issue but it IS MY RELAY in the fuse box panel. The dang relay sits funny in the crappy fuse box, so the windows will both go out, or one or not. It depends on how well the relay is seated in the box. I can grab the relay and tweak it to get them to work every time BUT WHAT A PAIN!!!!
Anyone know how to "tighten up" or fix the connections INSDE the fuse box panel????
