Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1747 is a tranny code.
P1747 - EPC Solenoid Short Circuit:
"The electronic pressure control solenoid is a variable force solenoid. The variable-force type solenoid is an electro hydraulic actuator combining a solenoid and a regulating valve. It supplies electronic pressure control that regulates transmission line pressure and line modulator pressure. This is done by producing resisting forces to the main regulator and the line modulator circuits. These two pressures control clutch application pressures."
DTC P0354 means your number 4 cylinder Coil On Plug (COP) is bad. The number 4 cylinder is on the passenger side, last one in the back, closest to the firewall.
To confirm it's truly bad, swap it with the COP on cylinder number 1. That would be on the same side (passenger), but it's the forward-most cylinder, closest to the radiator. Drive it for a bit (couple days) and then scan it for codes. If that coil is truly the culprit, the P0354 code should be gone and you should now have a P0351 code.
For DTC P9171, I think you mean 0171, which would mean bank one is running lean. The passenger side is bank one, and it points to a possible vacuum leak. Check all of your vacuum lines, making sure the hoses aren't cracked anywhere, and all of the hose fittings are in good shape.

STEW...............Im still having a problem. When the supercharger kickss in there is a miss then the supercharger kicks in or the engine stalls. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I scan the engine no codes. But one the mechanics I work did something crazy with the scanner and came up with a code that said reset your computer. I think the code wa P065.

DTC P065 - Air Assisted Injector Control Range/Performance.
I have no experience with that code, sorry bro.
Also, I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you describe the supercharger as "kicking in". I'm a bit confused because the SC is always working when the engine is on. It doesn't "idle" until the pedal is whomped on, it's always turning and pushing air.
With the eingine stalling though, it can be narrowed down to three possibilities. Air, fuel, or spark. One of those, if not more, is your culprit, or something else down the line that is affecting one of those three items, like a bad PCM, bad sensor or wiring in the harness, bad fuel pump (or both pumps), bad fuel pump relay, something...

2001 Lightning with ticking noise
I have a 2001 Lightning SVT, with codes P0402 and code P0171. I ran a code check after engine started making a ticking noise in time with engine, especially when at idle or park. I have had no engine problems it still runs like new. The ticking noise is driving me crazy, but you dont hear it as long as gas pedal is applied. If anyone knows about this please inform me. Thanks.
