I'm getting a clunking noise when i lock the hubs and go over 15 MPH, especially when turning right. I believe that it's either a U-Joint or a bearing in the diff. I don't know much about the innards of a Ford TTB, but surely it can't be that hard with a little elbow grease and the proper tools for the job! I really have no clue what the problem is, but that's just what I think it is. Is there something else that I should be looking for under the chassis up front? Maybe the trailing arm bushings? How hard/expensive are those bushings to install/replace? Sorry for the list of problems!

You're probably right about the u-joints - I doubt it's in the diff. While you're under there, check the axle pivot bolts; they loosen & wallow out their holes in the frame sometimes, especially the R beam (L pivot). None of those bushings are expensive, even in (Energy brand) polyurethane which I highly recommend. The radius arm bushings take quite a bit of effort to change, but if they're bad, you'll REALLY appreciate the difference the new ones make. Changing the u-joints in the steering knuckles requires removing the hubs & spindles first.
