C4 leaks around vacuum modulator threads

C4 leaks around vacuum modulator threads

Is there supposed to be an O-ring around the pipe threads where the vacuum modulator screws into the trans case? Do you think I could put a couple wraps of teflon tape in it to seal things up?

there's no o ring on that style of modulator. tape should work. look for a crack in the case..

There should be a thin paper gasket/washer that goes on the modulator...
