if all you want to do is hook the fuel rails together you want the CCK..i think its a $120..but you can still starve the injectors and get air in the fuel rails....if you want to feed more fuel to the injectors you want the regulated return...
Ron -- can you explain how the RR gets more fuel to the rails than the CCK? I'm at a bit of a loss there. I know with the full RR you plug the return line from the bowl, but the only way to get more fuel & less air is the Hutch & fuel pump upgrade, correct?

I don't have pics of it installed, but here's a link to the kit itself. There is also an option coming to make this a full RR system. I may do this when I get my upgraded injectors, but this is a great option for stockers. It's a relatively simple install, and I'm very happy with mine. the RR kit uses 3/8 fuel lines for return lines and to feed the heads... it also takes the restricted check valves out of the heads..at the same time it feeds both heads at one end of the head or the other rather then cross corner..more fuel moving though the heads .. more fuel for the injector to use...some say feeding the front gives cooler fuel..most people say the fuel isnt in the head long enough to heat up faster one way or the other.. the CCK only connects the heads for the return fuel cross corner while keeping the stock 1/4 inch fuel line and the check valve in place to feed the head..
Once again, I'll offer up my rig as the early bird test mule
Ok, so a little more info for you. Preliminary specs call for a constant working temperature up to 500*F and a working pressure of 4950psi. Externally it will be rated to nearly 1800*F for 20 min. and a burst pressure of almost 9,500 psi. To top it off we are trying to keep the price below $60...

Okay, gotcha. But if you don't have a (big) fuel pressure drop, you don't need more fuel volume -- I *really* need to get that gauge put in. Work is killing me. Most of the company is off, but I'm out here working... Dammit.
you may not see much of a fuel PSI drop with 1/4" line and check valves in the heads..give her more fuel with bigger lines and take the check valves out you will see it drop..if your shooting for the 400 HP mark..you will want to do this mod...if not..you may run out of fuel before you get there..
the CCK was put out for a stock to mild trucks..its what Ford should have done right from the start...if your staying with stock oil and injectors.. while keeping around 300 350 HP you you should be fine with the CCK..if she starts to starve for fuel..then get the rest of his kit at that time to give it more fuel..that is whats so good about the CCK..it can grow with your mods..

Yep -- makes perfect sense! I'll be doing the conversion to mine for sure. Don't want the new sticks getting parched when I need 'em most!!
Tell you what, as soon as everything gets ironed out on pricing and such I will start a list so that everyone has a fair shot of being in line. Sound good?
