Go here: Swamp's Diesel Performance look under "Tech Database" in "How To's & FAQ" then in "Injector Removal". Nice in depth write up.
Beans also has a write up here: Beans Diesel Performance

Best thing to have is a dead blow hammer and a prybar.
take the VC's off, and you take off one of the bolts for the hold downs. I cant remember which one it is.
Slide the deal up and over and pry up with the prybar.
They will pop right out.
use a vacuum pump to get the oil outa the cylinders to prevent hydrolock.
Lube the injectors really good with oil before reinstall. Dont awnt the o-rings to catch when you slide them in. When they are in. use the dead blow hammer to tap them in till they make a distinct ping type sound (turn off the radio is really subtle)
Once you hear that, torque the bolt back in to 10 or 12 ft lbs, (cna't remember)
All the info is in my injector thread somewhere around here.
But thats the run down
Get some new zd-11 glow plugs to throw in if your gonna have everything apart.

Don't forget to take off those little aluminum oil spouts first. They break real easy pulling injectors with them on.
I have always used a 12 inch long wedge bar to get the injectors out. It works great. I have that special Ford tool but only used it once. The wedge is easier and quicker.

I just put new o-rings on a couple weeks ago and mine was a mother f@#$ to get out. I had to start to twist them sideways then pry on them ( prying on it first I almost bent the prybar). each one was like it was glued in.
Hitting it with the dead blow is good but I could not always get a good swing with it, had to hit it with the handle of the dead blow.

Pull the rears out first and most of the oil will go back to them holes. Clean them all out though. I just used a plastic syringe with a 1/4" plastic clear hose. Worked good. Just make sure you get it all. I did the back one on the pass. side like 6 times cause I kept getting more out.
