intermitting ficm
I have a 2004 f350 that was rough starting in winter until one day it wouldnt start. I changed the fuel filters and got it started. Then the next day it didnt. I had it towed to dealer who said it was a bad FICM. Is this part bad or something else? It just missed warranty by 4 months and has been in the shop 8 times under warranty. I wish I had my 7.3 back!!

How often do you change fuel filters?
What did the fuel filters look like when you changed them?
What did they do under warranty those 8 times?
Are your batteries good (ie load test - NOT JUST voltage)?
Have you had any recent problems w/ batteries/alternator?
