I just replaced the alternator in an 81 F100 and hooked up the alternator wrong. In the process I fried the wiring from the alternator, voltage regulator and starter solinoide. Actually I hooked up the 2 alternator wires to the batt and ground when I was not paying attention and fired the wire from the solinode to the alternator. Now I need to replace this harness. Does anyone know where you can get one?

The Wiring harness is Obsolete, no longer made. Junk yard is the only place I know of for an exact replacement. Be aware this harness is different depending on if the truck has idiot lights or altenator gauges, as well as being year specific.
However it sounds like you blew the fuseable link. This is easily replaceable and available from Ford and auto part stores.
