oil change?

oil change?
My 87 f250 has been sitting for a month. It is due for an oil change. Should I just drain it or start it up and get it hot like usual? I was thinking it would be better not to run the dirty oil through the engine.

Personally I would warm it up but that is just my 2 cents and that won't get you much.

one month is not going to do anything to it, just run it.

Oil and filter changes are 5000miles or 8000KM always do them on a warm engine. Pre fill the filter 75% before installing.

Also, get the filter for the 94.5-97 PSD, its a direct replacement, but holds an extra quart of oil and has a finer micron rating.

I use the extender filter for a T444E its a tight squeez but it holds more oil than the Stroke filter.

If you are really worried about it just plug it in for a few hours.
