I have a 2008 F250 5.4L Crew Cab King Ranch. I have seen several OEM rear seat DVD centers that were taken out of 08F250s on ebay for decent prices. I was wonder what is needed to add one. Is it like some stuff were the harness is hidden or would a harness need to be added. How is it tied into the audio sytem. I have the 6 Disc audiophile with subwoofer. Thanks for any help.

If it were me (and it's not :-} )I would suggest an aftermarket one...
bigger screen, better screen, better price.... etc....
I agree with the aftermarket thoughts on bigger / better, just my opinion.
When I installed mine, I did not find any power / audio harnesses in the immediate area of where the monitor was eventually installed. If they were pulled back to the pillars I may have just missed them.
My setup is a little different as I'm not using a DVD player - too many bad experiences with disks and players. I went with a Zune player, a 15.5" monitor in back, and a 7" monitor in front. My audio uses the truck system via the MP3 jack.
I have 52 movies, >4000 pictures, and >200 albums on my Zune and I'm only half way through the 80G. Works out great as the kids have their movies and dad has his music.
I have to ask, why? Even my dealer uses mostly aftermarket, due to the better quality screens and components. They are going to have the shop they use hook mine up for $850, for a 12" screen, two IR headphones and a color matched housing. Or did you already buy one off Ebay?
Havent bought one yet I just like factory stuff but I do see them go for $250-$300 on e-bay same thing with radios I just prefer oem so it looks like it did from the factory

Fair enough, I'll look around for more information on a factory installation for ya.
I looked around a bit and I think your best bet is down in the Audio Video section of this site. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/forum60/index2.html
If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, just post the same question there and the stereo nuts will take you under their wing. Good luck.
