i have a 1979 f-150. my springs are weak. i tried to put sum springs out of a 78 f-350 but they were too small. what year and model will be the same size and bolt right up?
F-350 rear springs are the same as the high boy. They are only 2 1/2 inches wide. They are 1973 thru 1977.5 high boy 1973 thru 1996 F-350 4X2 are the same. If you want 3" springs I believe you will be looking at 73 thru 79 1/2 and 3/4 ton 4X2 and 1977.5 thru 1979 F-250 and F-350 4X4.
