Using Superduty springs

Using Superduty springs

I was wanting to use superduty leaf springs on my 86 f350 are the spring lenghts the same or would I have to relocate the spring mount?

different lengths, can't remember the exact numbers but you will prolly have to relocate the spring mounts. VERY worth it though, they ride so much smoother

both, they have springs 12inch springs on ebay for $575 and I have seen them go for lower than that, and the springs for superdutys are easily found.

the front will not work without reloacting the mounts to accept the longer spings, however the rears shoudl work but it wont do much for you.....mayb smooth the ride

I currently am running 4'' pro comp lift springs for a superduty in the back of my f-150. Look in the gallery for pictures. They will fit in the mounts but your axle will move back about 4''. I had to lengthen my driveshaft to accomodate the new springs. With the stock block installed, i have my six inch lift. I also have absolutely no axle wrap at all.
