Not sure if you checked what the P0605 DTC is, but it sure looks to be related to your new tuner...
P0605 - Internal Control Module Read Only Memory (ROM) Error
Description - The powertrain control module (PCM) ROM has been corrupted.
Possible Causes...
- An attempt was made to change the calibration
- Module programming error
- Damaged PCM
- Aftermarket performance products

Go back to who you bought it from - sounds like it's the wrong tuner.

That is what should have been the first thing going. What is wrong with the truck in stock form?
