Okay, for anyone looking to help, here's what we're looking at:
" P1728 Transmission Slip Error "
" P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) Malfunction "
" P0605 Internal Control Module ROM Error "
" P0603 Internal Control Module KAM Error "
" P0236 Turbo Boost Sensor A Circuit Performance "

I googled P0406 and it said it was an EGR related code.
P0196 Looks like engine oil temperature sensor performance/range error.
P0475 Looks like exhaust backpressure sensor low input.

Okay, the codes in the quotation marks came out of the trouble code thread, and the ones below that, I googled and posted what I came up with.

Maybe you can provide us with a little bit more info? Is the truck running as it should be? Any issues that you can notice? Did these codes come up immediately after installing the chip? Were there any recent additions or modifications to the truck?

I guess we just need more info about how and when these codes came up.

I'm not a lot of help in diagnosing these codes, but the experts will be along shortly and they will need more info to diagnose your issue.

BTW, Welcome!

0605 could be from the chip being loose, check it. Have you had problems with it stalling? That would happen with a loose chip. 0603 is from batts being disconnected more than likely. 0500 is the VSS in the rear end, pull it out and clean it with a dry rag and inspect. 0236 could be the map sensor, are you building boost ok? I had that code recently with no problems going on so don't worry too much if the boost is ok. 1728, I don't know for sure what to say. I'd clean or replace the VSS first and clear the codes then try again before dealing with the 1728 unless someone else has a good idea.

To my knowledge, and I say that with caution, 1728 is being reported because PCM is seeing engine RMP higher than allowed reported VSS RPM. E40D can't report a slipping error to the PCM (no sensor on E40D) so the PCM uses the above two inputs. I certainly would look at he VSS sensor first.
