Doug,
Here are the pictures of two of the units that I had in climbing the hill during the fire.
It is amazing at how well these went through the mud a climbed the hill loaded with water and equipment.

Now take those stupid people and put them in cars. We are not exempt from them. If you worked for a utility company and drove a 3/4 ton utility bed truck, and it had been raining for 2 days........Would you a: park on the hard surface and walk 75 ft or
b: park on the grass, walk 15 ft and then wait an hour and a half for a tow truck to get your stupid but unstuck.

The other unit that I had in for the ATV's was a department built unit that uses a trailer that is towed behind a regulat atv. They have tracks for the unit that allows it to run over the snow like it has snow shoes on. The skid unit also has foam on it that came in real handy in knocking out the tree fires.

That Argo is a nice little setup.
One of the other units that I had in was a Hummer that was converted for fire fighting purposes and it has a 250 gallon tank and a remote controled front mounted turrent.
