Motor swap
HI All, I have a 1992 f-150 with a 302 and 226,540 miles on it and I know it was getting tired, well today it lost a cylinder and is puffing like a freight train. So it is time. I have access to a 1988 Mercury EFI 302 with 60,000 miles on it. So my question is what other than the intake will I need to change to install this 1988 motor in to the 92?

timing cover may be different from the car to the truck. im not sure how the car wiring and sensors are set up you may just want to double check on the differences between the sensor and wiring setup in the truck versus the car engine to make sure. shouldnt need to many changes just some minor stuff
